Clutch chatter help

I would like to thank everyone for their input, what a great group of people. I have learned a lot. What great wealth of knowledge you people have. I ordered a rebuilt clutch from Fort Wayne Clutch, it should be here on Wednesday. I will let you know how works out. Thanks again. John
 
Just had my rebuilt clutch installed from Fort Wayne Clutch. Had the flywheel resurfaced(not turned on lathe), was told to not to adjust it was already adjusted, clutch is as smooth as silk. thanks to all
 
For most, adjusting the pressure plate arms without a jig is futile. Clutch chatter is built in to the Ford chassis design. The best remedy is to learn to accept it.
