Family and Friends,
Recently I have been troubled with episodes of stomach and shoulder pain, blurred vision and discomfort. After a series of tests, the Doctors determined my gallbladder is functioning at only 11% and should be removed. Surgery is scheduled for the afternoon of January 12, 2011. I'll be under for 45 minutes and in recovery for two hours. Same day in and out. Amazing what they can do today. Full recovery will take about a week. The only concern I have with the stitches is the effect on my thong line...

Sorry to hear your not at 100% Please keep us posted, but leave out the pictures; I for one would hate to see ya in a thong. :p
 
Not to worry about the thong line. They can tattoo over the scars so they are invisable.
 
Be strong Clem,be strong,my wife lost hers yrs ago and dont miss it a bit.Its usually a bandaid job now. Like you said in an out same day.Keep pluggin man. ken ct.

:)you know once they start cuting they keep bringing you back i think its a money thing. thong in winter your one bad sombitch LOL i had a 5way bi pass 5 years ago was at swap meet 10 days after have never looked back .you will be just fine WISH YOU ALL THE BEST. Ray P :D :) ;) :p :cool:

Best wishes Clem and you will be in our prayers. Just take it easy after the "maintenance" is complete and you will be back at full speed in nothing flat! Steve

Take it easy for a week, and it should be fine. There are many geezers praying for you. The image of the scar on the thong line may make me go blind.
 
Clem-Its easy 3 small holes a bandaid will cover each one. you will wake up quick and a quick recover wish you the best Harold central coast Ca.
 
Clem, Been there..done that! Was back on the softball diamond in 4 or 5 days! Played about as well as I usually did! lol Best wishes for a speedy recovery! Pat

My doc punched three or four holes in me but he was also fixing a hernia from a previous operation that split. All laproscopic procedure. I was sick as hell for about three days then back to normal pretty quick. I think all the riffling around in my innerds was what made me so sick. I didn't even use the pain medication since there was little or no major pain involved.

Break a leg Clem. You'll never need that gallbladder again.
