I'm sure this has been posted in the past but what is the best product to buy to clean white walls? I just installed my tires on my '37 Ford rims and they need a good cleaning! Thanks!

The best is castrol super clean in the purple jug, next best is simple green.
these are the ones Diamondback tires recomends, they say don't use whitewall cleaner.

Having tried some of the alternatives, I keep coming back to good ol' SOS pads. Great for "targeted" cleaning of spot dirt without the "extra work" of overspray cleanup.

Someone on hear suggested awesome, sold at the dollar store for close to a dollar. I tried it and it works great.

Don't laugh, oven cleaner is the best. It will harm paint and alum. if you lave it on to long. Try it on an old tire first because I know you guy's don't believe me.

Get the spray on stuff that is made for cleaning whitewalls at wally world and use stiff brush on prewetted tires.
