Finally managed to upload photo.

Is the grille made of stamped aluminum, or something like it?

Many years ago I used 'Simichrome' on the aluminum engine sidecases of an old motorcycle I had.
Other metal cleaner/polishes didn't leave the surface as shiny as this stuff. It needs a fair amount of elbow grease, but did look very nice when I was done.

Never Dull should do it. The grille is anodized and anything abrasive will go through it. All mine needs is the black paint touched up.
