By the way the front spring is stretched it looks like the axle is hanging down.

Wrong forum to comment about this but there may be some T Guys here,
This T has tinted visor headlight lense they were used as a transition from clear to a fluted lens run 1921. Judging by the ‘22 tag this car was about year old. This car was well used much like the Gentleman’s hips.

At the Auto Barn near Charlotte, North Carolina, there are two Model T's where the back axle was moved forward to change the weight balance. Someone did this to be able to do wheelies in a parade. In the photo it looks like there is a load of lumber at the back that would make the front end easier to lift up.

They don't show the whole car. Maybe some kind of crane holding it up. Looks like his
left foot is only pushing by his toes.

Now that you mention it I could see it being a mannequin.Set up at a carnival or such for people to glance at.Some interesting things about that picture though.I noticed the hanging spring too,so no,he isn't picking up the car.His shoes are barely touching the axle,if at all.No bending of the soles like he would have if pushing upward. Also, what is that pivot thing in the center of the axle? What is that thing spanning the space between the fenders, arching up over the hood? I can see the headlight wires, but also something else that might be cables or rods that are lifting the car.I was looking at what I thought might be a truss under the rear axle, but I think that may be something behind the car,or a shadow.I think it's fun to study pictures like this that look like they were of the three stooges.
