Can anyone tell me if the "insides" from a F-1 case will fit in a FO-1 case?
Any information will be appreciated.

Doesn't seem to be that many Chicago transmissions around - perhaps why the response was minimal. I have one ready to install - considering it for our '14 Touring so I can leave the riveted rear axle assembly in place.

If he installed a Ruckstell he would have to change out one side. The 1914 back have the axle tubes riveted to the center section but are bolted together like later cars. (6 rivet and 12 rivet housings) If you have not done so, you might consider getting one of the fine books on the history and timeline of changes of the Model T Ford.
