Charlotte Auto Fair

I will be at the Auto Fair :p this week-end. My spot is XXO-083 Orange feild. I am inside the third turn, inside the fence. I will have a set of '56 f100 front hubs and backing plates for sale. These fit the '46-48 car front ends for better brakes. Also selling a very nice '54 GMC pickup.
If you are at the show stop by. I'd like to meet you..........Ironbuttjohn

Yeah John, I would love to be there to say hello but ...unfortunately, it's not going to happen. I've been going to too many sale and swap meets here lately, and spending way too much $$ while there. Have another to attend this weekend and that may be my limit until the big Hershey meet.
Maybe you and Carolyn (sp?) could make it up to NH this August for the NE tour. Should be some great fun!

Hey, John - Earl and I will be seeing you as we intend to make a bonzai run day trip with Earl's son Ross and another friend of ours, Butch. We'll probably attend the Iron Lords gathering for a bit afterward and make our way home around 8PM.

See you there!

Hey Vic, if Tom's coupe had a rumble seat he could squeeze a couple back there for that bonzai run up and back, BUT... Where would they put all those fenders, running boards, radiators, and engine blocks that they will probably be buying?? :D.

Tom, hope to see both of you at Spring Carlisle.

John, Tom, I'll be getting there Thursday afternoon - leaving Sunday AM. Will be in swap spaces XXO-20 & 21 - sounds close to John, with my buddy Cliff from Spartanburg in his Big motor coach. Same spots as last time Tom. Nothing like spending the weekend in the infield. Tom if I don't see you during the day we can hook up Saturday night at the I.L's garage. Looking for a nice '37 tube axle - have a nice heavy '32 axle to trade for one.

I'll be driving down early Friday, heading back Saturday after the show (it's supposed to rain Saturday late afternoon, so I'll be booking out after the show ends at 3).

What a great weekend. Old car parts and old friends, some older than others, who could ask for more. Didn't find anything for myself in the swap but found a near perfect '30-'31 roadster door for my son's project, what a good dad I am. Also for my son, a pair of NOS '36 headlight lenses and A roadster door latches - THANK YOU BILL, you really didn't have to do that. Tom T. stopped by and we swapped stories for a few minutes. See you at the All Deuce meet Tom. Rounded out the weekend with a steak dinner with two old friends and a stop by the Iron Lords shindig. The trip home to Florida was a little quicker than up - guess it's down hill.

Lee, What a great weekend!
Many treasures from the swap meet, and getting to see good folks.
It was quite a reunion, that I certainly enjoyed.
Hangin' with you and Cliff was like the old days in Orlando.
Thanks, also, for the dinner and invite to the Iron Lords shindig.
It was my kind of cars and music.

Ralph, here is the info on the annual Deuce Run that Randy Nash ( Deuce Roadster) posted over on the H.A.M.B. We came up for this from Florida two years ago and had a great time. I've got my fingers crossed that we will make it this year. I'd be happy to try and answer any questions you have, but Randy is the best source of info. He is also on the Ford Barn.
