Changing steering wheel

Could someone walk me through changing out my 1938 Standard Coupe steering wheel, light ring and horn button? I would like to put a banjo type wheel on in place of the cracked stock 3 post stock wheel. THANKS, Max
 
I'd be interested in some pointers as well. I've got a '39 p/u with a cracked wheel that needs replacing. Thanks.
