Need advice, I put 600/16 wheels on my 29 tudor with 3/78 rear. costing me 6-7 mph. what ring and pinion do i need to get back what i lost? Many Thanks!!

Going to a 3.54 Ring and pinion - from a 3.78 Ring and pinion will gain you about 7%. That should give you back the 6-7 mph ar be very close.

I would think that 3.54 would be the closest choice. The higher 3.27 gears that are offered would in my opinion be too high and low end and hill climbing power would be lost. Good luck.

on 19" A tire from 3.78 to 3.27 gives you 7 mph not 10 that the suppliers say and the 3.54 gives about 3 or 3.5 mph have fun modelAtony Lafayette,la
