Carburetor for 56 Sunliner with 312

Does it still have the original '56 Holley 4000 'teapot' carburetor, single or dual canister Loadomatic distributor and an ECZ-A intake manifold? . Example photos below.

If it's original under the hood, the short story is to have the '56 Holley rebuilt, or one just like it if it's too far gone.
