Remove the belt and jump across the cut out to the generator output stud.. The generator should slowly turn. Make sure you get a good connection as your output stud looks rusty.
Or to eliminate any wiring issues take a jumper directly from the negative battery post to the output stud. That's if your wired originally as positive ground..
