Can you identify this car?

Hi, I'm visiting Mom and she's watching me read the forums over my shoulder.

She says "I have a picture, can you tell me what the car is?" And I say sure, I can try.

Mom says the picture is from around 1920.

If you blow the photo up as big as you can, the hub cap looks like it has a shield, so my guess would be some time just before 1920 Maxwell.
