can someone identify these parts??

i have a 38 ford 1/2 ton pickup. these parts were included in some other original sheet metal parts i purchased. they appear to be associated with the front fenders/grill area, but i have no idea and they are smaller than the lower grill side extension that meet the fenders. any help would be greatly appreciated. is there a "fisher body" type manual i can try to find for this ford that would be of great assistance in identifying parts?? thanks again.

here is a picture of '36 inner front fender panels.

V8ER is right, they are the inner panels. They go behind those front panels Lanny and bolt to the headlight supports

Lanny, look to the left of the outer filler panels photo you posted - BINGO they are shown right there.
