Can anyone identify this carburetor?

This carb is on my 28 model A coupe(see attachment). I have seen pictures of Zenith and Tillotson carbs, but have seen nothing like it. It has a throttle adjustment, an idle adjustment, and a third adjustment at the lower front of the bowl. There is no name on the carb. I need to know how to balance the three adjustments, and what parts and gaskets I should order if I ever need to rebuild it.

Also steel fuel lines are safer than copper lines.
