A friend who attended said there was some live steam in 3.5 gauge in operation.

I was there. Boats were the feature and there were a lot but there had to be at least 200 or 300 RC trucks and construction equipment. Instead of one big pile of dirt there were several smaller ones. The place was packed.

Being in SoCal we don't get Cabin Fever. But that does look like the place to find the cure.

_If you are in SoCal you should be going to the minature craftsmanship awards museum. It's the best of the best, like Louis Chenot's Duesenberg. I think the fires are close, hope it is still safe.

We've had -30's below 0 windchills this past week. Today, 27 degrees, windchill at a balmy 13 degrees. Feels like a heat wave. Bring on spring and summer...!!
