Cab size

This might be a stupid question but I got a line on a 1953 F600 truck and I was wondering if the cab and front clip on this truck Is the same size as one on a 1953 f100?

Cab is the same. Front clip is not as it is larger than the half ton version.

That is how it was on my '40 big truck and I assumed it was on the later years as well but wasn't sure.
