I put a 351c and a c4 transmission in my 59. Now i'm trying to hook up the linkage from the column shift to the trany. It is a automatic. Anybody this before. I see where they see after market kits. Is this a good fit.
What is a good way to do this? Maybe pictures.
Thanks

I removed a c4 from a 63 fairlane and knowdis that the linkage arm was on the under side or worked backward.
May have been some thing that was made or bought.

Go to the LOKAR web site and call their tech line for advice,a friend just used the kit they have to hook up His AOD in a '54,it worked slick.

x3 on the Lokar kit, you may get some guff about it but the lokar is the way to go , they also sell the kick down linkage and unless you went with a manual valve body, unlikely on a column shift, you will need that too. A c4 behind a 351 c my need a little help, go to TCI's website, they have a lot of components such as reinforced servos and gears.
