busting needles in u joint

No I never got down to bring car to him this came up fast I traded for a car with power steering this guy new cause I told him I think I had the wrong u joint didn't fit very good in the yoke and I ask him if he had the Wright one
 
You're actually about at the max for operating
angles in a regular driveline. I thought you might
have had no angle but higher is also not better.
As, mentioned by others, overtight caps, type
of lube, missing or displaced rollers, messed up
yoke..... all of these can cause this issue.
What does the cross look like where the caps
seat?
