bumper clamp paint

Lacquer thinner would work fine ,but if you steer it well you should be fine and any brush marks should legal out.

Contact Bratton's and ask them what type of paint it is, and what they would recommend as a thinner.....

Asking Brattons would have worked but I decided late Saturday to paint the clamps. I tried to spray it but it was too thick. Brattons listing says it is Ditzler acrylic enamel.

The paint I got from Berts came in a little bottle with a paint brush in it. It flowed on real well. Have painted up a couple sets of these already, lots of paint left.

Vermins' bumper clamps have PERFECT paint. A "friend" offered to loan me his brush-in-a-bottle, to repaint them. I tole him, "Go home & paint your NOSE BLUE" +*&#%^$$&*---Next time, I'll sic Buster T. on him!

There are very few projects, especially ones employing paint, that come out well when started on a Saturday night!

Hope this is an inside joke, because it makes no sense in general. Buster T must not have had his coffee yet.
