MAYBE? You found a fair minded shipper out there that would be willing to refund your money after hearing the details of your adventure. I hope so! Give them a call.
 
Tell Ebay he is running a scam and may very well be. A listing with no reserve may attract more bidders so it makes it attractive. When the reserve is not met the seller gives the BS response and renegs on the deal.
 
Well, now Ebay is threatening to suspend my account because I have not payed for the item yet. I keep trying to send them emails with the listing number and explain but all I get is "contact seller". I went to the resolution center and tried to cancel the transaction but it says I cannot cancel an auction I won. This is turning into a big headache. The seller is now MIA.
 
A long time ago on Epay, I had an item sold twice with both buyers being dead beats.
Epay did nothing and I paid the seller sold fees. Lesson learned and end of that format for me.

When you have issues with Epay you will never be able to speak to a human being for resolution............good luck!
 
Go to " my ebay " and click on account . Click on resolution center , on the left will be " resolve a problem " and on the right will be" help " . Click on " resolving buying problems " in the help box on the right . On the right you will see a " contact us " button and that will get you in . Other options on that page also . Most folks that complain about things other than the high fees just don't know how to deal with epay .
