I'm new at T's Model A's are my fort. I found a 23 coupe that is in excelant shape. Tires are bad, one r/r wheel need replace, good glass, Almost showroom fresh! It has been setting for ten yrs.My queston is what is it worth? Would 5K be to much? I need a lot of help here thank you all!!!

I'd say 5K is a good brother price on one that can be easily readied for the road. Without photos, it's harder to nail down a price. If it needs more work then the price commensurates with the condition.

Perform a compression test on each cylinder, pull the hogs head inspection cover and If you don't have or know about view the video dealing with the safety inspection for a model T and go from there with a comparison.

Also a few years ago in the Vintage Ford Nov/Dec 2017 Milt Webb had a great write up for tech tips "Model T buyer's guide" also check his tech tips in the Jan/Feb 2018 "basic service, safety and troubleshooting"

I would read up and get most of the books dealing with the T and "Patience" is the key ingredient here. Concur with the Black service book before performing any work will help. Good luck and let us know how you make out.
