broken vacuum fitting

This is my first post on the new forum. I have a stock 41 Ford V8 pickup. There is a fitting under the carb in the manifold that supplies vacuum to the distributor and wipers. This fitting is broken off. I can use an easy-out to remove what's left of it, but does anyone know what thread it is? Is it pipe thread? I didn't think it was pipe thread because the banjo fitting that supplies vacuum to the distr. has sealing washers on each side of it, so I thought that it sealed by being tightened. Also, any idea where to get this fitting that looks like a shoulder bolt? I don't see it in any of the catalogs.
Any info or help on this would be appreciated.

The bolt part has ordinary straight threads, a normal bolt size. Don't remember the size but you can build a replacement for the odd piece.
Stock "bolt" is a zinc casting. The head of the bolt is hollow and stuffed with a felt piece meant to silence the hiss when wipers are turned on, and has a nipple for the vac line to wipers straight out from the head of bolt. The banjo fitting line serves the distributor.
Get a suitable bolt and drill a small hole through it endways, then another across the upper shank to feed the sealed area at banjo. Drill out the outer end to hold a short piece of tubing as the nipple for wiper line.

Correct, not pipe thread. I just went through the drill (no pun intended) of removing a broken one in my manifold. The thread size is 7/16-20 UNF.
