It seems to have been a common and intentional mis-spelling of the usual form. SEVERAL businesses online use the variant, and even a bake-shop in Utah.

From the front tires, it looks like it has quite a few miles on it.
What is that star emblem thing on the driver's side front fender? Maybe some kind of a "Safety Courtesy Award"?
