Brass 1930 stanchions

I saw what is supposedly a set of solid brass Model A windshield stanchions. What is the scoop on these or are they Model A??
 
Lower stanchions or upper stanchions? I have seen many bronze cast lower stanchions, ...and I have seen carbon steel upper stanchions for non-Deluxe 30/31 open cars. Is what you are looking at 28/29, --or 30/31?? Any pix??

These are for a 1930. Both sections are pure brass, the lower and the upper. The upper section has flat spots on the one side that I suppose were for bolting on windwings??????
Interesting pieces. I will try and post a photo.
