Where there or are there front brake kits or modifications for the model "T"?

Yes it is called a Model "A". Just kidding!

There were, but real rare to find today.

You would have to custom make something and also increase the stability of the wishbone or maybe the kingpins too when adding custom front brakes....

You would be better off using disc brakes on the rear. There is a lot of reinforcement needed to use front brakes.
