Brake reservoir cover

Was there ever a factory brake reservoir cover for the floor or was this a DIY install and I just need to make something up?



I have already come to the conclusion someone at some point hacked the floor apart to do what I'm guessing was a pedal extension mod. So planning on making a new floor board.

There was no factory brake reservoir cover as the original brakes were mechanical, not hydraulic. Someone has cut a hole in the floor that was not originally there.

If the hole is the correct size, there are covers for later vehicles available that did come with hydraulic brakes.

Not sure of the size of your hole BUT you might look at the one for like a 39 Ford as they used a rubber disc to fill the whole....OR at least my 39 Mercury has one!!!!
