Were there different sizes and/or bends on the model A brake pedals? I'm going to use an AA bell housing and the brake pedal I bought on ebay rubs on the steering column. Not sure but the pedal I bought could be bent and not original if all the pedals 28 - 31 were all the same.
All pedals were the same for all years of Model A automobiles. Some difference between AR and later (mostly in the amount of metal in the component parts) but essentially the same configuration.
The trucks were identical to the then model year automobiles until the 4 speed transmission which came out in October 1929. Then truck came out with their own brake pedals of increased size and weight (to match the larger overall components and braking system?) And a little different configuration.
You may have a later pedal? IIRC, the larger pedals on the AA truck mount on the side of the four speed transmission housing. The AA crank lever and throw-out fork remain on the bell housing similar to the A cars.
As you don't describe a four speed transmission in your plans how you can adapt a 3 speed ****** to the 4 speed AA bell housing? Until Oct 1929 the A and AA bell housings were the same. If there are two holes on the left side of the bell housing (clutch shaft/throwout fork shaft) - that is the one which will match a three speed ******.

Maybe the same for LHD cars but not ALL pedals. RHD cars were no where near the same, obviously. Not even the shafts are the same. 1" dia on RHD cars, 7/8" on LHD cars. RHD AR cars had different pedals from the later ones. AR had elongated "foot pads" like the LHD ones but the later ones were round.
Thanks, Joe. Re the avatar, I intend making up a card to put in the car when it is on display. It will show that picture with the words "Don't touch the car". Might get their attention.
