I found that working on Walter (My Model A) can be dangerous. I have only the cowl section attached on my 31 and was doing some dash work this afternoon. Has anyone else ever noticed how sharp the corners are on the bracket at the top of the windshield posts??? And they are right at scalp forehead level. Well I looked over from behind the cowl and the passenger side bracket poked me in the forehead, yeouch ! I wrapped a towel around the bracket cause I wasn't going to do that again. I went on working. I then went around the front of the car to the drivers side. I leaned over to get the wrench from the drivers side floorboard and yeouch !!!! I caught the drivers side bracket and now have a 3" gash just at my hairline. Why didn't I wrap both corners ??? So for all out there reading this, if you have exposed windshield post brackets, wrap'em in a towel and tape them in place, it'll save you some skin. Well gotta go, need some ice and Tylenol
