Bolts used on a 32 seat frame tracker

The seat track is made up of 2 parts. The part that fastens to the floor and the part that fastens to the bottom of the seat frame. My question is, what type of bolt is used on the seat frame. Looks like it would be a bolt with a "T" head but not sure.
 
I believe hex head to mount to the floor and T head to mount to the seat I believe 1/4-20 Try Third Gen Auto for replacements if not grind down two sides of the head of a carriage bolt.
 
Third Gen has them, part number R-84-09. May purchase those if they ever send refund on returned parts.
