Bolts on Running Boards

Most likely painted when the car rolled over thecathment trough and the guys with firehoses sprayed down the Japan Black paint. I couldn't imagine those bolts could be cost effective being painted first. Then again maybe not.
 
The bolts were "Raven" finished originally. Similar to gun blueing. A matte black chemical process used on hardware.
