I need help installing the flywheel housing to block bolts and the clutch inspection cover bolts, Can someone please help me with the finish on these bolts Paint ect and also the flywheel housing bolts are suppose to have wire through them {4 are crossed drilled could you give me information what size/type wire to use and how they should be wired Thank you Billy

Flywheel housing to block bolts...plain (Unfinished)finish;

Clutch Inspection Cover bolts...Unfinished;

Once the bolts are firmly attached to the cylinder, you will want a wire that will fit through the holes...not sure of the size but not a thin wire.

There was an article in The Restorer a few years ago:
“How to Safety Wire the Bolts on the Model A Ford”: TR/51/2/8-10 (2006)*8

That should tell you but I am almost sure someone will give you an excelent explanation on that one.

Pluck

You run the wire through each bolt such that if the bolt starts to unscrew it will pull the wire tighter. Do each of the 4 bolts this way, then put about 4 or 5 twists in the two wire ends to secure them together.

They were not not like aircraft safety wiring, just simple wiring.

A good place to buy safety wire is at a small airport where they do aircraft repair.They use stainless tie wire and will probably sell you a spool or a few feet of it. That's where I buy mine.

Here is a picture of safety wire I found on a 29AA at the front of the rear differential.
