I hve a late 31 victoria steel back. The body will need some metal work on the cowl. I have the panel to repair. The rest of body is rust free. It has all the inside moulding. The dash panel is the only missing part on the body. The wood is very good with only the header needed to be replaced. It's setting on rolling chassis I would let go for extra pay.
