Just want to make sure I am understanding the terminolgy/descriptions correctly.

-A 3 window coupe is one where they count the door windows and the rear window? It does not have quarter windows either?
-A 5 window has the quarter windows.

Just curious if I am understanding this correctly.

This terminology wasn't needed in the model A years as all coupes were 5 window except for the sport coupes. It really didn't take effect till the V8 years (32-36) when there were two distinct models, a 3 window or a 5 window. In 32 they still made a sport coupe so that wasn't intended to be confused with a 3 window. Uninformed people (intentionally or not) always try to add 5 window to an A coupe to try to enhance it. Like every model A or T or any car is a "deluxe" or "rare" or "once in a lifetime opportunity".

Dave, can you ammend your statement above as some Business Coupes also came without "5 windows".
