Body plates

Did all Model A come with a Ford body plate?

Cant locate on my 31 Tudor she's unrestored and can't even find the hole where it might have been attached in the past.

Trying to figure out what you mean by body plate. If your talking about the tag under the patent tag, then no. Ford built bodies, coupes, roadsters, two door sedans for example did not have body number tags

My Model A's do have a body number stamped into the floor of the body however. It's located where my left heel would be if I sit with my feet straight down.
