Bob Drake Free Shipping

Got an email blast from Drake today for free shipping with almost no restrictions today only. And the emblem surround part I need for my Ranch Wagon was in stock. Maybe I should buy a lotto ticket?

Now would be the time to buy that fuel tank that everyone's looking for!

I just put a flexible fuel line into the cart and went to check out. Got a message "You're $984.01 away from FREE shipping!"

To my surprise, when I put in the order the shipping was free. Thanks for the heads up.

I got the same message about being x dollars away from free shipping but it was free when I placed the order. Not sure how it works for big items but I do know that years ago I ordered a gas tank for my '39 p/u on a Black Friday sale that advertised free shipping and the tank was included.
