What happens when you purchase a roller and then build off of that? Should you go pay a sales tax on the roller first thing? We in Ma. pay a sales tax and each year after that pay a percentage of it's value. With a new car the percentage goes down. With you antique it never goes down. Chet in taxachusetts.
