Has anyone had recent contact with Bill? His last activity was November 2019.
I personally miss his stories and unique sense of humour. Some people are conspicuous by their absence! Here is hoping he is healthy and happy!
 
Haven't heard anything bad, I sent him a merry christmas but didn't hear back. Last time that I heard something his daughter was taking care of him.
 
Thank you Paul I am truly sorry to hear that news. Bill was indeed an asset to the hobby and the group. He instilled a sense of humour and comradery in our hobby. I truly hope he is alert and focused enough to still have an interest in Model A Fords and knows he was truly appreciated by a large number of Model A enthusiasts. He is in my prayers !

A good idea Keith. He loves funnies and if he is able to tune in he will get some smiles and chuckles! Let’s add a bit of humour to his life like he did ours!

I hope he gets to see Buster now and then. I'm sure that would cheer him up no end. (Buster too)
 
I agree with you about seeing Buster. Unfortunately things seem to go downhill when he quit driving and sold Vermin and lost Buster T.
 
His daughter ( I think Cindy ) at one time kept him informed. If anyone has her contact number then possibly she can give us an update on his condition !

I didn't realise Buster had gone. Losing one's dog is nearly as bad as it gets.
BTW, Vermin is in Australia now, I believe. Bill asked me by PM what I thought about selling overseas, that's how I know.
BTW, if someone does get a message to him, please let him know that we are thinking of him and miss him.
 
And if he's not connected with a computer, maybe we can get an address and send him stuff by snail mail. He was also good about sending PM's with comments after we would post at times.
He is missed.
 
That is indeed very good news! Possibly someone that belongs to the VFF site could apprise him of our post and our concern !
 
Well our good friend has made contact with Bill so now all we can do is sit and wait for Bill to contact us! We’ve done our part! Thanks everyone.
 
Bill is still in assisted living facility, has a computer with i/net access but seems to have lost interest and is chasing young nurses. There is a thread going on the "other" site.
