X2 on the ozone machine. first, make sure you clean & get rid of as much of the crap as possible, then disinfect. Then if you have or can borrow or rent one (good ones ain't cheap!), close up the car with the ozone machine inside for a day or 2. A good one will do wonders. I have one, used it in a foreclosed house that the PO let pets go all over in it - it reeked! After a thorough cleaning, about 3 days with the ozone machine running in it had the house smelling much better.
