Bare blocks

No competition here tbirdbird because 1.) I already have more blocks (and 3 spare engines) then I will ever use 2.) I am located in Kingsville which is 400 miles south 3.) I have out-of-town company visiting this weekend, and 4.) I hate the cold, ice and snow you all are having. Just curious.

Looking at the sale bill, it seems like that will be an interesting auction. Tools, machines, model A items all the way down to carbide cannons!

Certainly must have been a busy, productive place at one time.

There are some good tools it sounds like. But I think a lot of the parts. Will be old worn out stuff. That just did not get thrown away.

The blocks were junk. The ones on the floor were sitting on concrete. And had the chance at being good. The ones on the pallet were just junk. A few had jb weld in places. But a ton of engine parts. A bunch of the reconditioned rods. With the new babbit. And all kinds of other stuff.

Yes, Bert's has blocks for sale, and sells many to people each year due to water freezing and breaking the block.
I guess global warming hasn't kicked in yet.:D:eek:
