Anyone have an idea's how to repair loose spokes on a reproduction Drake steering wheel? the spokes are loose inside the hub. Thanks

Well......but.......half of these guys keep preaching, time after time, that we should just be thankful that guys like Bob have "given" us even meager parts to work with. DD
 
I believe dansford has one of the old repo '36 banjo's from Drake (got this info from the V-8 website). Way too late to send it back as the 36's have been out of production for many years. If this was bought as a used wheel we have no idea how well it was treated by the prior owner. Maybe he got a good deal on the wheel knowing it was cheap because of the loose spokes? Lot's if missing information here. Can't blame Drake when you don't have all the facts.
 
Hi TJ, I did purchase it used it was in good shape I had the wheel for about10 yrs over time the spokes started to loosen I was never rough on wheel. I am not blameing Drake at all I was asking if any one had an idea how to repair it.Thanks to all for responding. dansford
 
My apologies to Bob for prescription with out diagnosis, (malpractice). The facts are friendly. Knee jerk reaction to reoccurring junk from lots of sources. Sorry.
