Excellent machine work one detail you could use in the future when I do this conversion for spider gears I use the original Ford banjo 12 tooth gears. To make them mesh correctly with the side gears I machine the rear surface of the side gears the required amount to allow the assembly to rotate correct.

I know 12 tooth gears.
These gears are 10 tooth gears, they are more resistant for power and develop more speed.

Powered flathead needs more development

Thanks

Actually the 12 tooth spiders works perfectly and will handle an amazing amount of horsepower and speed. Example all of our records set at Bonneville with the quick change I build are well over 200 MPH with Ford flatheads And ARDUNs the rears all have original Ford 12 tooth spiders. Also my very high milage daily driver Deuce roadster with a super charged ARDUN has the 12 tooth spiders with over 70.000 miles on them with no issues including many many burnouts. The 12 tooth spiders save a lot of work ;)
