I live in a rural area with some unbelievable paved roads in every direction I go. I only have to go down my driveway to find some of those beautiful Northern Minnesota forests, lakes and streams. Everything is a photo opportunity. And yet I've got a city 10 miles away that has about 100,000 people living in it. So when I need to go get parts I've only got to drive a little ways in my '04 F150 and get them. When I want to go for a relaxing drive in my T I only have to step outside and drive it. The rural roads and the scenery is perfect at 30 mph. I really wonder if Bills problem doesn't stem from the spray jet and seat too. These little NH carbs are easily torn down and repaired. Perhaps the seat is worn enough to where they're outside the clearance necessary to work well with the nominal pressures of the aluminum intake manifold. Actually as I recall rebuild kits for the NH carbs are cheap. And about the only things that really wear out are the throttle shafts and those can be repaired also. These Model T's are 1920's technology. Not 21st century technology. Sometimes it's necessary to step back and take a less analytical approach to solving some of these issues.
