ashtray identification help needed

[gearheadbill]

Can anyone help me identify this pair of ashtrays? They came to me in some boxes of what is mostly early V8 parts but I don't know about these. Thank you.

Great! Thanks. I had a finished 40 sedan for a while; obviously paid little attention to the details.

Deluxe models only, though.
