Arizona title?

Having a title notarized is not a big deal, the seller can go to the Auto Club, Bank etc., for that..
The catch to the notary is that it only signifies that the seller's signature's match, i.e. drivers license..
A notary does not guarantee that the VIN is correct.. Been there done that on a '39 Plym convert from Alabama.. Have the seller/ or law enforcement verify the VIN on the title/registration, chassis, body, etc. before you pay for and/or ship the car.
I recently assisted a man from Australia that bought a car in Tenn. the car was going to be shipped to Australia from Long Beach CA. Prior to the car going into the container in Long Beach I insisted that the VIN tag be varified. The VIN tag did not match the paper work that came with the car. The VIN tag was for a '39 Plym sedan.
The shipment of the car was delayed until we could get things straightened out. The vehicle seller claimed it was an honest mistake, his employee got the tags mixed up.. Hmmmmm? Why were the VIN tags taken off of the car?

I am not sure I understand the problem? I think you are leaving something out? If her signature needs to be notarized, why doesn't she just find a notary and have it done? Why are we spending all of this time?
