Are Cleveland and Windsor pulleys the same?

Could someone tell me if Cleveland 351, and 302 crank and water pump puilleys will fit a Windsor 351 and 302? Is the crank centre hole the same? Would anyone know the width of the crank and water pump pulleys/ Thank you. Phil.
