Anyone recognize this car?

I know this is a long shot, but here it goes:
I purchased this 1930 Model A coupe in April 2014 from a Lady in Elkton Maryland. Problem is her husband was the collector and had passed away. She had no knowledge at all about the car (except the price lol). Sadly I have no history or any information about its past. I would love to find a previous owner.
Here is what I can tell about the car;
speedometer says 71,000 miles
Looks like a full restoration was done in the 70's. There is a show badge from Hershey for 1973 in the radiator.
It was recently repainted black and andalucite blue. Looks like maybe a year or two ago.
Not a show quality restoration but good originality.
Hopefully someone may recognize or note some feature feature that I can check or verify. Attached is a photo.
Also any tips on finding history.

You could contact Motor Vehicle Services at the State level and ask for a copy of the title listing previous owners.

If you bought the car in Elkton, the owner was probably a member or friends with members of the Greater Baltimore Model A Club. You should contact them - http://gbmodelafordclub.org/

Will they give out "privacy" info??

In Minnesota you had to pay about $5 for the DMV to give you past owners, but some years ago they quit giving out that information. At least that's what a friend said when he tried.
