I suggest taking a look at the waterpump shaft on the pass side. You might see a bit of white "snot" where the shaft is exposed at the seal & bearing area. I have both a flathead and a Model A that lose just a small amount of coolant that seems to mix with grease or whatever, and I'll get dried white dots on the firewall. Neither leak enough for me to see green coolant; it's never leaving anything "wet". But I can see a some build-up that mostly wipes off.
Yes
I took for ride today (local not highway) no white dots. I did tighten all clamps. I need to take on hiway see if fixed.

I vote for soapy water in the radiator fins that blew back and dried when up to highway speeds like suggested before.
