Chuck S & I are starting to plan a 2 day road trip in about 2 months that will be in June , starting in New York some where 1/2 way between Chuck's house in Spencer N Y & mine in Florence Mass. Start town is yet to be established yet so if you have a idea on what town to start from please chime in.
We are thinking of having a $10.00 join a long Fee that will be entirely donated to the CURE OF ALS.

You have the cars / Trucks and want a place to go and run with like minded people email me with your thoughts. at WPWZ@COMCAST.NET
 
Bill, I won't be there but happy to donate $$$ to Cure of ALS.....Do you have a Paypal account ? If so please send me a PM with the email address and I'll do the necessary.

Good luck with your trip and doubtless this thread will be the beginning of raising a few thousand dollars, won't it Barners ?
 
How many miles you going? I'd consider pledging x amount per mile.
I won't be able to make the trip, but maybe can help out a little.
 
Bill, you can count me in for a pledge. I'd love to be able to cruise with you guys but, I don't think I'll be able to get away. Vic
 
You know how I love a road trip but it would take me way over two days just to get there. I'll be doing one a little closer to home this month. Good luck to you on yours and your battle with ALS. Be sure and take pictures to share.

I will be posting soon where Electronic donations can be made , that way the only $$$ I have to worry about is that from the people that decide to come on the June road Trip with Chuck & I

If the timing is right we are in. BTW I am in for the $10.00 fee will whether we are able to go or not. Have you set up electronic donations yet?
 
If you get anywhere near Maryland I may possibly join in if date is before June 5th or after June 11th. In any case, I am up for a $10.00 donation. Sending $'s via paypal would be cool.
 
Hmmm - incorporate this with Goodguys Springfield, MA show June 12-14 and I might be able to make some or all of it as I will be there in the roadster. Regardless, count me in for a $10 donation ....

I will be setting up a link to our Walk to defeat ALS so you can electronically donate there and I don't have to worry that people think the $$$ won't get there.

Good guys shows are expensive. $70 to register your car and $17 each if you are a spectator!!

Ok, the Cigar City Flatheads have teamed up with Bill & Chuck to support the ALS research with a donation, and we will send a free Cigar City Flatheads water transfer decal to those who donate (while supplies last). so, step up for a good cause and help out your fellow FordBarner's. Vic
 
Bill, I doubt if anyone has any doubts that the $$$ won't get there, so get your *** in to gear and let us make a donation before we blow it on wine, women and song and waste the rest ! ! !
