Any Idea what these are off?

I purchased a bunch of old Ford stuff at an auction and this chrome strip setup was included with the stuff. They were all wrapped individually in a Ford box but with no markings to identify them. Any idea what they are or what they are off of? Not sure if this is the right sight (54+) but I'll start here.

I also think maybe some type of roof rack , or maybe a "ski-rack" . some early Mustangs had some thing like this on the deck lid. the other off brand Che%$# corv&^$ also had something similar on the rear deck where the fuel tank lid was located
