Replaced babbitted rods with new "high end" rods with inserts. Are there any advantages in using a full flow oil filter system?

Inserts have a very thin layer of babbitt as an overlay on the steel-backed shell, babbitted bearings are babbitt all the way through. Thick babbitt will survive with minute pieces of dirt in the oil as they have "imbedability". Inserts cannot absorb any debris, therefore a filter is more important if using inserts. Full flow is best, protect your investment.
